Normally you would be considered a scoundrel around here for robbing the powertrain from our beloved C body's for use in a wannabe lesser Mopar. But this car looks to be even beyond a parts car. So good luck with it.
Convertible items may have some value, top latch's, frame rear seat frame etc.

It looks rough but it's not really that bad rust wise.but what it would cost to restore it just dont add up.yes I love c bodys and hate to pull the motor .

You cannot buy the bucket seat cores, power window guts, air conditioning items, and entire front clip and stub frame separately for the asking price of this roller.
Any convertible specific parts (including all the glass, rear seat cores and side panels) are getting scarce.
Great parts car so others can live on.

One's gotta have a convertible to restore and need those parts, which is a pretty small group of people.
Otherwise buying it as a parts car means the rest of it will be worth even less down the road.

This would sell better with engine/trans to somebody with a 4dr donor car.
Agreed, it's not worth restoring, but if the understructure looks as solid as the skin, it's worth fixing up a bit and saving for the next guy.
