Thanks! A few parts here and there. Thankfully these cars are very reliable. If you're looking Budd front disc brake core parts, I have a set of core calipers, lower ball joints, and rotors.

Thanks, my car already has those parts, waiting on a rebuild caliper. FWIW the caliper brake line I purchased finally came out and the repro IS the proper one.

busy doing little stuff while the carb is out for rebuild, not original carb but nice replacement. 69 hp 440 carter 4640, which I understand had modification (carter) to help with heat

Nice find. It looks like the owner took really good care of that one. Love the bucket seats and console! Mine came with the Holley 4160 and it has been an issue even after I rebuilt it once so that's probably why they changed yours over to a Carter.

2 of my 4 '68's are Newark, DE built, both are 4 dr. HT's. THe convertible and 2 dr. Fasttop are built at Jefferson.

Just stumbled on a pix of my 68 Newport Custom which I purchased in 1989 for $1500.00 ran great and would smoke the single tire off. I was 41 @ the time
