A convertible just north of me by about 20 miles.

The seller:
60K original miles “barn find” parked since 1980, and purchased during the pandemic in 2021; 99% sorted mechanically, but does need the cosmetics; upholstery, top, paint/patina. A new (period-correct) head was installed, with hardened valve seats, new carb (original carb is included), new brakes/four-wheel drum/master cylinder, good tires, dog dish and full wheel covers, power steering is tight and needs looked at, a/c works but had to be discharged to replace the head, so it just needs charged, original radio, manual windows, power top, relatively straight body with a great patina, or not too much work to restore completely.383 four-barrel, with a 727 Torque flight automatic transmission. I also have the intact build sheet and a shop manual. I’ve invested over $16K into this project, but due to some medical expenses I need to let it go. I’m sure I’m forgetting things so please ask any pertinent questions!

Replaced just one "head"? It looks like the left fender was replaced at some point or maybe the whole car was repainted, there might be some yellow coming through the right rear panel?
