Not everyone's cup of tea I'm sure, first time I've seen one chopped like this.

$30k price and didn't sell.
Might be that the work done in 1990 hasn't aged well, regardless if it's still in good condition.
I think it's safe to say nobody wants cars done in this style anymore (the colors/style).

Honestly, I think that "look" was out of date back in 1990. Pastel colors and velour interiors were late 70's/early 80's.

This is the problem when you build a car to today's fad... Or in a lot of cases, actually yesterday's fad that is well on its way out. In this case, you can't even pull off a "nostalgia" look like if it was a classic 50's custom... It's about on par with a 70/80's mirrored disco ball.

Yeah, I was thinking of stuff like Rick Dobbertin's Pontiac J2000 and those 'Heartbeat'-striped S10s running around on 8" Corvette Rallye wheels being cool.
Did some googling, and the J2000 was an '85.

And I accept, in the words of Baz Luhrmann... 'you too will get old'...
