1969 Chrysler new port. 383 2 bbl. 727 torque flight trans and posi rear , two door coupe. Engine runs, trans works , just needs little things to drivable. And needs brake work also. Has new master cylinder and brake booster. , cool old car for someone who has time for it. $4500 cash or best offer. Car runs and shifts the brakes are just really tight

He said the brakes are pretty much engaged when the brake is touched. Says it's way too tight.
Can't drive it due to this. He also said the master and booster were rebuilt and were correct for this application.
Would this be the rod between the two that is the wrong size?

No tag info yet.

The rod is adjustable. First thing I'd do is shorten it up and see if that fixes it.
