Thanks to @Lycidias for posting CE43H0C???824. This 1969 Chrysler Newport 4-Door Hardtop (without upper B-pillar) is for sale in Wilnsdorf, Germany. From the ad (Google translate):

"383, 6.2 liter V8 with 3-speed automatic transmission.

The body is rust-technically in good condition! Of course, there is rust under the car, but no rust or the like. Nothing has been put on it to cover up any things. All honest and visible.

Vehicle starts well, the vinyl roof is in good condition for its age. A mini place at the back of the window was repaired but hardly to mention for the age. Interior is in good condition, the seat is electric and works, the four electric windows also work, but on the passenger side a bit difficult. Probably not used forever.

According to Carfax, the car comes from California and allegedly had only one owner in America. Accidents or other damage are not deposited in the Carfax.

The car has been in Germany since 2014, the first German owner passed away, so I was able to acquire the car. I am the second registered owner in Germany. The car is registered to me personally.

The air conditioning is out of order, but still fully installed.

Except for the rims, the car is in original condition.

Rims, tires, visco fans, spark plugs, oil, ignition cables etc. were all recently redone. The indicated mileage is (...) about 51,500 miles. However, the speedometer is five-digit, but I assume that it is not even around due to the condition in the interior. I hardly believe that it is 151,500 miles. ;-) but please come by yourself and get a picture of it.

The car is a Survivor, nothing restored or similar. The paint should be prepared/polished.

I only offer the car because I just have way too many cars and far too little time. I really rarely drive it.

The car's build sheet hides the full VIN, but I think (based on the fender tag) that it is CE43H9C178824
