OK, kids, in 1969, was the 383 2-bbl standard on the Chrysler Town and Country, or was the 440 the standard option? Either way, can someone provide a reference? Thanks.

I'd always thought the 440 was the only engine for T&C in 1969, maybe I'm wrong?

383 4 bbl & 440 350 HP were the only engine options, no TNT for wagons.

440s in T&C wagons were the standard performance engines but 1969 models only had the dual exhausts and dual snorkel air cleaner. Subsequent year fuselage T&C wagons were also 440 standard performance but with single snorkel and single exhaust. The bean counters quickly caught that 1969 model that got by them for one year.................................

I had a 73 Monaco wagon with dual snorkel but my 71 Town & Country had a single snorkel on it I recall. Maybe someone swapped it out.
