I'm sure the dirt pile has done wonders for the car.

It's a Monaco 500 so the number off hand is 544 (?). Not many of these survived in NICE condition.

The Monaco 500 convertible was Canada only, no US equivalent, so the 200 could be accurate.

Yeah, I could be thinking of the Polara 500 numbers. The monaco 500 number was low.

A postal worker in central OK drove a same-year Polara 500 ragtop as her daily driver for many, many years. One day, the car disappeared, so I assume she sold it or parked it. Lost track of the car about eight years ago.

It was my favorite Mopar color - Daffodil Yellow with black top and interior, with a 383. Nice car.

Shows my ignorance. I get the monaco and polara mixed up quite often.
Even after I have read some threads on the difference's.
So it is fairly rare then. If only in the 200's made there can't be more than 100 left. Especially with Canada rust.

So, someone is driving the parts car right now? With this one being left for dead?

It's really a good looking car. Those hockey sticks really look cool!

    For 1200 it's worth it.

I have one of the 200 69 Monaco 500 convertibles, Q5 turquoise white top and interior. Definitely a rare car, mine was painted red a long time ago. I had to go to Winnipeg to get it and bring it to the states...

My buddy bought that car several years ago, it went overseas, either Sweden or Greece. I found a picture, wasn't the car you know, this one had a white top and interior...

Thank you for posting. If you’re willing to share a photo if the tag (and the build sheet), that would be great — lots of info gathered on this site for historical records.

despite one idiot (me) no one buys project cars overhere. People want nice turn key cars. Or at least decent cars that are quickly on the road.

But even I don't want to mess with projects too much anymore.
    I am getting old
