I like it with the blacked out rear deck. Is the X100 only in 1970?

I'm not even sure if they offered it in '70. I do know that '69 and '70 were the only two years for that body style and that the X-100 was only available in this body style. Most of the ones I've seen have been 429, so the 390 in this one was a surprise to me.

I remember my parents test driving a used '70 X100. It was creme yellow with the decklid blacked out. They did not buy it but it will forever be in my memory.

I like the big Merc's and prefer the earlier fastback's over the later models.

I like those big Ol girls.. A bit overpriced I think considering the crappy pictures and minimal information. But I guess if one is serious enough about the car you would go see it in person.

I always liked Mercurys too. Nice body styles & interiors. Good looking cars. I don't see too many today at car cruises.

I can't get enough of the late 60s/early 70s big Mercs like this Marauder and its brother the Marquis. Love 'me. Would really like to have one some day
