DM27G9D150328 is listed for sale on eBay. Despite the seller's claim that "(e)verything underneath is original and solid", I wonder about what's under the paint given that the lower rear quarters are definitely not the correct shape (Edit: and, as others below have mentioned, some of the bright trim is missing on the rear quarters and above the taillights). Regardless, it is rare as equipped with the D12-code manual transmission (@69CoronetRT & @cuda hunter will appreciate the tag). From the ad:

"1969 Dodge Polara 500 Convertible 383 V8 Big Block 3 Speed Manual Transmission

Engine starts right up and runs perfectly fine with no leaks or any mechanical issues of any kind no smoking or leaking any type of fluids

Transmission shifts into all gears perfectly fine with no issues

The body is perfectly straight with no waves or dense just had recently a new paint job that cost over $9000
There is no rust on the body and the paint shines, amazingly beautiful

Interior is in excellent condition
It was all redone with all brand new interior

All the windows and glass are an excellent condition

All in all a really nice and clean daily driver vehicle gets all the attention it deserves

Yea, the "500" trim (whether Monaco or Polara variety) should extend onto the rear quarters as well. The fact they are missing only highlights how messed up those quarters are.

The lack of taillight and trunk trim also do not help.

Shame.

The 3rth D12 i see for a 69 polara , the others were a golden 4dr sedan ( a member here i believe ) and a red conv fixer/parts car for years in Florida iirc

Thats bad. And way over represented. Too bad flea bay does not allow comments. Somebody is going to get took on that one. Still a cool cruiser if you know what your getting into and don't get burned.

Cool! A D12. I have yet to drive a column shifter.

Is the D12 at all common on C's?
On E's, D13 was the base model.

just noticed its missing the wheel opening trim too should have a full one of the front wheel opening and a top partial on the rear where it meets up with the side trim

The lack of taillight and trunk trim also do not help.

Shame.

I noticed the car in the promo photo has a rear reflective plastic on the rear side. Interesting, mine, or any other car on pictures in this thread, does not have it while the front one is common.

The full length side trim is not factory, yes you could get it on the Polara and Polara 500 but the trim on this car is not from the factory. The car may have had trim from the factory and it was in bad shape or missing so this was used. Since other trim was left off I would assume that this trim was added to a car that never had it.

heres a pic of my 69/72 monaco 500, you can clearly see how the rear 1/4 contours should look

It's quite a testament to the quality of work to get overspray on a tire and then either not see it, or not clean it off.
It's kinda like DeNiro said in Casino - 'you're either stupid or dishonest - which one is it?' (paraphrased)
