CM27T0C184840 is for sale on FB in Oklahoma. TX9 black paint with M6T5 tan interior; originally V3X black top, replaced by a tan one. From the ad:

"this not a turn key vehicle. It will need work to make it a running vehicle"

Looks like someone bought the Ron Francis wiring kit to fix the 'junk' Chrysler wiring and didn't finish the job.
It's junk wiring now, for sure. Only the bravest of souls would gamble on this Humpty Dumpty.
