NOT MINE 1970 Chrysler Newport convertible (white repaint, Florida, asking $15k)

Another L-code 1970 Newport 'vert that's been repainted. Like the blue one in St Pete's, this one sports buckets and a buddy seat. From the ad on CL in Ft Myers, FL:

Does anyone else think the back seat looks twisted? Is it something odd about the photo angle?

Needs a bit of work for the $15k asking price.

It looks to me like the passenger side seatback is squarer than the other side. Drivers side is more rounded.

When you slide the seat back into place, it's easy to get the part of the seat frame that bolts to the floor bracket in the wrong position and it ends up behind the bracket. Normally it's both sides and as soon as you go to bolt it to the bracket, you'll see it's wrong. In this case, it seems to be one side and obviously not bolted into place. It's also possible it's not hooked at the top, but that's real obvious.

Easy fix... Pull the seat bottom and then pull the seat back up about 6" and drop it back in correctly.

Maybe the owner didn't know how to remove the steering wheel centerpiece??? Not sure what it means that the "interior needs resurfaced" - maybe because of the tear in the driver seat side vinyl near the seat back release lever? The instrument cluster plastic is surprisingly well detailed in terms of lettering and numbers plus the other highlighted trim lines on it.
