No the engine isn't the correct color and it wasn't a factory hideaway headlight car but other than that it is a numbers matching car

Wow, a Y91 car scheduled to be built the end of February 1970 when the convertibles already were on life support. ..

:thankyou:

But white seats are not correct. ... I love it however....Thank you for the inspiration.
.
.
...and I'm uninspireable

:elmer::mob:

Thank you for what you've done and to the guy writing the checks.
I've been toying with a similar idea, now I know it works

I really enjoyed your pictures and appreciate your efforts so far..especially the little things like the tachometer. My '70 Fury III ex-squad had repainted the engine orange after a major rebuild before me and "It is what it is".

It's takes a true c body guy to notice the tach. Attached is a pic of the dash on the 71 gt I just finished, I installed an oil pressure gauge on that one.

Beautiful job. In hindsight I should have switched my interior/top from black to white.

I just found this thread about PM27L0D211199 after reading another thread on EV2 1970 C-bodies. Nice car!
