DL27L0D173164 (if I see correctly; the last digit is fuzzy) is now for sale on FB in Kentucky. Thanks to @polara71 @71Polara383 and @70 Sport Suburban for alerting me to it. Originally EB3 Light Blue Metallic, this poor 1970 Polara 'vert has seen far better days. The asking price of $5,500 seems wildly optimistic.

My money is on 4. Compare the last digit with the 4 in the A04 code two lines above.

I see --- with digital manipulation vs. just "old man with hat" eyesight -- a "4" as last digit.

Yes, it appears to have the horizontal base line of the number one.

I can see where it also appears to have the horizontal mid line of the number four.
To me, the base line on the bottom stands out more than the mid line of the four.

Indeed. Would be good to get a shot of the VIN tag on the dash pad or on the door to confirm.

84/695 US-sold cars (out of 842 1970 Polara 'verts), which is just over 12%. In Canada, 16/144 1970 Polara ragtops came with a console (including Regina FQ3, my turquoise 'vert), which is just over 11%. See here for @kmccabe56's actual (i.e., official Chrysler) figures, first posted on the now-defunct Yahoo Polara/Monaco board and later reposted on FCBO by @Fratzog :

The above percentages (11-12%) mesh with what we've seen in the survivor ratio: of the 94 cars whose full info I have in the records that @polara71 posted on the Yahoo board back in 2008 (and to which he and I have been adding quite a bit since), I see 10 cars with console -- which is almost 11% and thus consistent with the production figures.

(Edit: note that 842 Polara convertibles were produced for MY 1970, with 3 cars known to not have been included in the 695/144 figures -- that's been discussed elsewhere).
