Found this car in Facebook. I wanted it badly but, the build date is not the same as my Brougham. Off by a day.

Looks like a nice ride. I wanted it. Didnt need it. Hopefully someone here wants to save it.

That color was very popular back then, if that matters.

Verdict on the interior cloth inserts? Just curious.

The car is now posted on CL. Photos attached for posterity.

Here are the fender tag and VIN. This car has a 360 with 727 (E57 D32), disc brakes (B41), and A/C (H51). It even has the interior light package (A01), tinted glass all around (G11), and a radio (G13). Very nice option set IMHO.

Assuming it is solid as stated, it sounds like a good deal even notwithstanding the reupholstering and changed dash pad. Several folks have indicated they were looking for a reasonably-priced, no-frills 1971. Folks -- that might be a good way in!

Am I correct? Not original pop rivets on VIN tag, could be trouble.

(edit) Dash looks to be re-sprayed too.
