1971 Fury, Vapor Separator Plugged

Clogged Vapor Separator, 4 vent gas tank. Clogged at output port. Output port visible in second pic. Vent ports are not clogged.

Tried rust penetrant. Tried wires and brushes. No help. What do you do to unclog a vapor separator? Soak it in carb cleaner? Can I break that odd looking weld apart? How? Thanks.

Carb cleaner, 2+2 Gum cutter, or CLR?

Oven cleaner or old aircraft paint stripper usually works.

Maybe kroil or as others have suggested, carb cleaner (the dip kind)…

Take it to a rad repair shop maybe they can do something with it.

Have it hot tanked or put it in a ultrasonic cleaner!
