1972 Plymouth Fury | eBay

1972 Plymouth Fury Gran Coupe up for auction. Appears to be rust free. All glass is good and bumpers are straight. Very straight body. The title is an Arizona box A title showing 49000 original miles. I was able to locate the previous owner who had donated the car in 2005 and he told me the car ran well at that time. The mileage on the odometer has not changed since then, indicating the car has sat. I have not tried starting or driving the car. The steering rag joint needs replacing. The car is located in Peoria, AZ.

"I bet it used to be gold"; said Detective Ian McObvious.

(That episode scared the crap otta me as a kid.)

Gold seems to have been a preferred corporate color for Furys back to 69. There are three members on here with Y4 Spanish Gold Metallic which is surprisingly close to 1972 GY8 Gold Leaf Metallic. I also bought parts from a 69 Sport Fury that was Y4. Many of the sales photos and TV commercials of 69 Sport Furys were also Y4 Spanish Gold Metallic.
