1973 Fury Fuel Line????

Can't find any fuel line listed for 1973 Fury. Has anyone tried using 1969-1970 Fury fuel line available from Inline Tube on a 1973 Fury? 1969-1970 wheel base is 120 inches and 1973 Fury's have the same wheel base 120 inches or 119.5 to be exact. Would also be interested to know if anyone tried this fuel line on 1971-1972 Fury's as well.

The line that runs thru the stub will be the same. The rest should be close enough to work. Back in the day, the factory did not have a part number for a replacement fuel line. They just supplied a 25' roll of tubing and expected their techs to fabricate a new line.

Just ordered a 69-70 fuel line kit from Inline Tube. Only cost $105 with shipping. I'll post a update when I attempted to install this kit.

72 Fury should be the same

There are 2 lines. Longer rear line and shorter front line that goes through right side stub frame. Rear line didn't work, Front line was the same and did work.

I think @Dano1973 is right that 1972 and 1973 should be the same. My expectation is that is emissions-related. @saforwardlook

Looking at Herb's, starting in 1971, they have two sets of two-piece lines for C-bodies (note that the wheelbase's are different, yet the lines are listed for "c-bodies"). That's metal 4 pieces in total (abstracting from the pump-to-carb lines). For the 1973 Chryslers, the first one is a front-to-rear 5/16" 2-lines set, the second is a 1/4" return line (also in 2 pieces).

I would love to hear from fellow 1972-1973 Chrysler owners about the clips that they use, as the R clips from earlier years to do not look like the correct set here. @73Coupe @Ripinator @73 New Yorker @chry73luv @Olaf Seiler @DeMopuar

Thoughts? As for the rubber fuel lines and clips, Inline Tube has a 1/4" set (rubber line and 4 red clips) but is out of the 5/16" set, while Mancini has a 5/16" set (rubber line with 4 black clips) listed for a 'Cuda. Here are some pics, let me know if this matches what you see on your cars?

I think the frame clips on my former '73 looked the same as Ming's. Didn't replace them. The 1/4" vent line however was completely plugged with rust which caused the tank to collapse or balloon when changing altitude or after prolonged driving. Suggest it be checked it as it's the tank vent that goes to the charcoal canister. I didn't bother making a new steel vent line, just ran 1/4" rubber fuel line the length of the car and zip-tied it to the steel line.

The factory rubber to steel line clamps were crimped style, seen below. All were replaced with the style shown in the pic with the venting fuel separator below. Also shown is the factory rubber line (sectioned) at the front of the steel frame line as it transitioned to the engine compartment.

I'm sorry, but I am of no help here. The only experience I have with clips such as these is with my '66 300. I haven't gotten into the lines / clips on my '73 Navajo; I assume that setup is the same as described by @73Coupe .
