This FB ad has been up for at least 19 weeks, but as of today this 1973 New Yorker Brougham is still available (as are the GY8 1972 and GE7 1973 4dr hardtops in the background). Only one photo is provided in the FB ad, here are some more. The asking price is $6k. The seller (apparently the same person as the Hurst seller in this 2018 thread) says that the car runs great and all the power toys work.
I like the JF8 Forest Green with J3L3 Parchment vinyl/cloth bench interior and V1T Tan vinyl top. I was interested for this reason, but after seeing more pics and although the rust looks repairable, I am not willing to mess with the repairs or with the H53 A/C (Ming's ATC is enough). Hopefully someone here likes this NYB.
The following pics from the seller show the nice interior (which supports the 54k miles on the odometer) and the rust situation.
