First thing I would do is put Those wheels/tires on Craigslist !
And get some Stock Wheels & Tires(15").

If he keeps moving the price closer to my reality, I may need to buy it to leave in Dave's driveway... as long as he lets me "borrow" it on trips up there, it would pay for itself in a few years. Those poor chairs are dry though...

The interior is trashed.

Can be fixed but it'll take $20k to fix it.
