Not a '74; probably a '76 or later, judging by the Bicentennial plate (and that it's not an Imperial).

Transferred the plate from his previous car.
OR.... it was the closest plate he could find on ebay.

Regardless, I sent off a reply to him saying it was a' 78. Waiting to see his response.

In MI, you can register a car over 25 y/o with a plate from the same year as the car. So the odds are good the plate is legit.

That reminds me, he forgot to cover it with a dirty thumb. I need to go ask a cop to violate the law and get me an address so I can go steal it.
