Grandma put a tach in it too (see picture of the dash.) She must have gotten lots of tickets. I remember when my grandmother put a 426 hemi
in a 1961 Lancer and when she launched it the motor fell out as the frame was not made for the much torque or weight.
But she had a tach in it.

What is the lesson we can learn from this? I have no idea.

Did anyone notice the front seat is vinyl on the drivers side and cloth on the passenger side?

My mom had a 48 Desoto that my father put a 413 and drivetrain in from a wrecked Imperial.
