Looking for this car it has been seen around at Chrysler car shows if anyone has any info please let me know
Already have just seeing if anyone else in the mopar community has seen it or anything in the same color.
When I saw the thread title, I wondered why someone would be looking for such a thing. Then I saw the picture and understood. As a kid in the early 80s, my Dad would take me along to the garage where the state car inspections were done. It was a pretty narrow/long place, with 1 drive-in door and lots of stalls and cubbies angled off both sides. Junk and clutter everywhere, junk cars in the side stalls, junk covered in junk. But I remember sometimes there was a Challenger like the one above, 72-74 style, silver with black VT, Rallye wheels, and it looked almost perfect (in comparison, at least!). It didn't seem like a customer's car, it seemed like it was associated there somehow. I sometimes wonder if it was a rare 340/360 model, maybe 4-speed, was it perhaps a Rallye? And is it still around, cherished by somebody? I'll never know.
Well I hope someone somehow has some info on the car I would love to buy it. I know my dad would crap if I pulled up in it. He never wanted to sell it but life happens.
Ah, I wondered if there was a sentimental connection. I hope you find it! Got a VIN on it? Maybe a local policemen and/or DMV can help if you explain why? And don't forget the old-fashioned Google on the VIN.
