Yes it is and I kind of like the 4 headlights over the large 2 version that I had on my 76/77 Fury's.
Although under the microscope I see the hood paint wear, and what looks like vinyl bubbling at the top of the windshield, most likely had a sloppy/slap-it-in windshield replacement.

why would it have a salvage title??

1. Sometime in the past, an insurance payout may have been made that "totalled" the car. That means the cost of repair was greater than the value of the car at that time. Or...
2. It had no title and that was the only way to register it.
