Hi Jer,

Yes, the Pro Am was a special edition that Chrysler built in 2002 for the Concord Limited and 300M. They were not the Special which had 255 HP, ground effects below the rockers, and 18" wheels and a few other things. The Pro Am was built from the standard 300M but with the two tone seats and these options:
Exclusive Graphite Metallic Paint
Premium leather, eight-way power bucket seats with unique two-tone Deep Slate/Light Taupe trim
Special Satin Silver interior trim elements
Distinctive Pro-Am badge on exterior
Custom made 9.5” Chrysler staff golf bag. Unobtanium...The 300mClub members all told me they'd never seen this bag or the club trunk organizer before I posted them on their website.
Special cargo/golf club trunk organizer
TaylorMade model 360 irons and pitching wedge (Missing). Nothing special about the clubs so any TM 360 set would do
Pro Am Floor Mats (Missing). I'm told they can still be found but I haven't found a set yet.

I'm not happy to sell this one as it's very nice and has had on the maintenance and repair done on time but I don't work in the city anymore and don't seem to ever find time to drive it so It has to go to make room...I hope...for another Classic C.

Thank you Shooter65 First time I've become aware of the PRO-AM300M. My 300M Special was obtained off the Chrysler Lease Lot in Detroit W/ 11K miles on it. It needed new padz and rotors when I took delivery of it just dayz before Christmas and I bought a set of 17" wheels and a set of Perellies to go on them. the Michelin Alpines were reserved for summer driving because they were completely worthless even on wet roads and we won't bring ice and snow into that equation. A Banana peal could send you into the weedz with those Alpines on lol, Jer

Wow Jer, I'm surprised by the issues you had with those tires. One of the things I love about the LH cars are that they go through snow etc. like a tank with good tires. The tires in the pics are the winter tires, Mastercraft Glacier Grip II's Not expensive tires but they rode nice and I never spun a tire in bad weather.

I am surprised as well. The Michelin Pilot Alpin (PA2 and PA3, I've had both) is IMHO a great tire that does what it says it does extremely well. It is not a studless ice/snow tire: it is a high performance tire that will perform better than an all-season in snow and in freezing conditions. I used them on a powerful rear-wheel drive sports car and thought that they blended comfort and performance from November through March.

And maybe I'm a bit overly paranoid but I had 48 hours after taking delivery of that '02 300M Special before we did a round trip from Ann Arbor, Mi. to Wilmington, N.C. and just looking at that tread on those 18" Alpines made the decision for me and I know what her driving habits were back then too which helped in that decision being made. The Alpine Michelins were 18" wheels and tires and were all that came on the 300M Special And there were no 18" all seasons on the Market in '02, just high performance 18"s with a tread pattern like the Michelin Alpines or worse. And I bought that '02 300M Special for Mama who was still driving then sooo, They had to get swapped out so we did all seasons 17"s in the cold months and did an 8 tire swap every 6 months for 4-5 yearz and by then you could get 18" all seasons so it all worked out by '07. I gave the custom 17" wheels to a friend with a concord and I've heard thru' another friend that she loves them, win win.Too Bad I only have a two car garage and I have 3 carz rite now, and Mama doesn't drive at all anymore. Yes I have the desease lol. Jer

Very good point, we had the same issue with my wife's '10 Avenger RT. The tires were a "newer" size for the 3.5 R/T and there were no options except what the car came with. I can't remember what the tire was but it was a performance tire and was shit in the snow.

Ive never heard of the Pro Am 300 either, Love the two tone interior with the brushed trim like in the Special, I owned my 02 300 Special from 2011-2018 and it even stated in the owners manual those 18 inch tires were not intended for winter driving, but by 2011 I put all seasons on it and had no problems, It sure was a great looking car with the dark gay cladding with silver on top! At 158K miles it was nickel and diming me so replaced with our current 08 Sebring Hardtop Convertible at 80K. Not as many bells and whistles but that 2.7 gets 30 MPG on the highway! Just keep an eye on the water pump and replace before antifreeze gets in oil!!! My 95 LHS owned from 03-18 sold with 155 K miles was the best everyday driver we owned with no major repairs in 15 years of ownership!! the 300 Special had several front end replacements, numerous brake and trans problems in the 7 years of ownership!

FYI, I've dropped the price for the second time on Craigslist to $4,200. That price does not include the winter tires, golf bag, golf bag tray or any of the manuals, pamphlets or book.
