I‘m interested in the new 440source bushed stainless Rocker arms when rebuilding my engine with 440 source heads.
Has anyone made first experience or high milage on them ?
Thank you,
Frank.

do theyhave the cup on the pushrod or the adjuster?
bettr if cup is on the adjuster
then use ball and ball pushrods with oil thru the pushrods and Magnum/ AMC lifters
correct on pushrod length coment above
you might think of a rocker shaft relocation kit to get mid length geometry
the adjuster and pushrod should line up at mid lift as well as narrow swipe on valve tip
It would be nice to get ford size for upper pushrod ends and cups
chrysler size is a high wear area if splash oiled

Haven't used them, but I researched higher-ratio rocker arms awhile back.
Those 440Source units would be 1 of my 2 choices (Speedmaster 1.6 would be the other).

Bushed is much better for a shaft than needle bearings, as bushings spread the load and wear better, esp when they have a supply of oil.
Needle bearings would reduce friction, and might be more advantageous with high-rpm usage, but IMHO the small range of motion reduces that benefit too.
If anything goes wrong with the bearings, it gets ugly quick. Bushing is more robust.

Here's some good reading:

When it’s coming to purchase the pushrod length I Need, could I use the once with oiling through the rod made for other brands? Would that hurt function or durability ?

Pushrod length setting is critical on these
Yep, I‘m in that now and it‘s impossible to determine optimal rocker shaft shim thickness with the hydraulic roller lifters reducing length by the internal travel. Can‘t reach full valve opening as advertised by the cam Card.
Can‘t make lifters solid to figure out which setup provides Maximum valve lift with a good geometry with the dial indicator.
(Rollers on valve tip center and low pushrod sweep).
