I have a 62 Chrysler Newport and the headlights are not working. I have replaced the headlight switch and the headlights. Still nothing... What else is left? Missing? How do I test the electrical? Is it worth getting a headlight wiring harness? Is it worth changing to LEDs?

Try the high beam floor switch. Spray some electrical contact cleaner or just replace it as they are $5 or less. When you depress the switch does it feel "right" or "crunchy" as they get dirt and debris inside.

Good call, the high beam switch is frozen. I will replace it to see if that helps and will follow up with results.
