All power and factory air condition.
413 motor.
The only thing I have done is replace old bias ply tires with new radials.

The key to this ad is "The only thing I have done is replace the old bias tires"

Needs a ton of work to be road worthy. Full brake system rebuild, gas tank, A/C rebuild, all belts, hoses, likely to have cooling system issues, most power accessories not likely to work after sitting that long. Car is priced as a clean 4dr runner and probably will need at least $2.5k in work just to get back on the road. Think $2.5 to $3k is a fair price in its current condition, assuming the engine runs and transmission works.
