Old Man with a Hat
Not a fan of the white down the sides but looks like a clean car. 1965 Plymouth for sale by owner - Phoenix, AZ - craigslist
© craigslist - Map data © OpenStreetMap
1965 Plymouth
condition: good
cylinders: 8 cylinders
drive: rwd
fuel: gas
odometer: 66,106
paint color: red
title status: clean
transmission: automatic
type: sedan
We were told that our son's grandmother in Arkansas was the second owner. 1965 Plymouth Fury III 4-Dr Hardtop, 318 2-bbl V-8, Torqueflite 3-speed automatic transmission with column shifter, original AM radio. Original bias ply spare tire appears to be still in the trunk. Resprayed maroon and white over original reddish maroon exterior, red interior. Odometer shows 66,106 miles and it's guessed that this is original mileage due to the great condition of the interior. Gas tank cleaned out and a complete tune up with carburetor rebuild, new plugs, points, rotor, distributor cap and spark plug wires, etc., several years ago. Hasn't been driven much since 2008. With only a minor amount of work this car is a great cruiser as is or it could be a great candidate for a resto mod project (convert to a modern Hemi drivetrain?) or for a complete restoration!
