Google Flatla auto wreckers Tilley Alberta. Phone them.
Dale is a mopar guy and grabs any car he runs across.

I assume that you inquired about 3 on the tree cars
4 speed c body cars are few and far between.
I got a complete clutch package, pedals, z bar, rods from Dale last summer. Out of a 66 polara poly 3 on the tree

If you want I could get you the dimensions for a z bar and you could make one.
The original shifter handle will be a problem. I dont see why you couldn't use a handle for a different car. I have a hurst handle for a 70 olds cutlass. It's pretty close to what would work in a 65. You would need to have console in the car to see what it looks like. Easy to heat and bend the handle below the boot if need be.
I wont sell the olds handle but I'm using it as a example

I found a few 3 on the trees but they were missing zbar and rods etc. Could have missed one though, lots of cars there. How much was the package to buy?

Regarding cost, I'm not exactly sure what answer to give. There was a few factors concerning that transaction that I'm not comfortable discussing on a forum. Nothing real sketchy, but I'm keeping my mouth shut.
I will tell you what I paid for the other 3 sets I have accumulated.
I have a 65 Polara 4 dr in bone yard. So 1st set was basically free.
I got a complete package out of a 67 fury at a u pick wrecking yard in Brandon, 3 summers ago, they charged me 35 bucks, no haggle on my part.
3rd set I got from the Va Voom Garage. A little oasis of 20s to 60s cars near St Lupien about about east of here. I removed everything my s

Removed Myself out of 68 monaco 4 dr. He wanted 250 bucks if memory serves.
So I will say that I paid more for the set from Flatla, but this stuff is getting harder to find.
I keep my eyes open and havnt ran across any more.
Slant 6 3 speed cars are still out there. In pastures and behind trees in farm yards.
I'd say a reasonable price would be 300 to 350 bucks. But cheaper if you are in the right place at the right time

Va Voom Garage is near the ghost town of St Lipien manitoba.
Uncle Bill is what the owner goes by.
Interesting guy and a interesting collection. Bill runs a parts selling business and specializes in 30s to 40s cars. He has been doing this for like 40 years.

Yeah I remember one of the cars had it but it was a slant 6 car so I’m pretty sure it’s different. I bought 3 Fury parts cars last fall for $500. Two 66 318/auto and one 65 slant 6/3 on the tree. Clutch linkages are all missing on the 65 though

I had to go look.
Only difference between slant 6 and v8 are in the Z bar.
V8 is a blonde one shy of 10 inch long, this is the pipe I'm talking about.
Slant 6 are hair shy of 10 3/4 inch.
The clutch rod mounting is identical on slant and v8 z bar. Its simple matter of neatly cutting the z bar 3/4 inch shorter.
I did exactly this when I went 4 speed in my 66 polara. I knew I would never want a slant 6 4 speed c body so I used the slant z bar.
Also the poly z bar is same as a big block z
65 to 68 c body pedals are the same.
If you round up all the parts and are moving forward send me your manual brake pedal and a power pedal and I'll graft them it into a power brake pedal for you if you want.

Ok cool that’s good to know. I’ll have to check the car I bought to see if the Zbar is still with it or not. Do you just use the end off of an automatic pedal and graft it onto the manual brake pedal?

Yes it's quite simple, only tricky part is having the finished pedal hanging properly. You can do it your self.
You will have the pedal mounting brackets out of the car. Inspect the manual brake mounting bracket in regards to how it bolts to the clutch pedal mounting bracket. You unbolt the manual pedal bracket and bolt on the mounting bracket from a auto trans power brake mounting bracket.
You'll know exactly what I'm saying when you have it on your bench.
You use the top of a auto trans brake pedal and the bottom of a manual brake pedal. The angles you cut the pedals and the way you butt them up to weld determine how and were the pedal hangs. You want the brake pedal about 1 inch closer to firewall than the clutch pedal.
The factory service manual has pictures of power and manual brake setups. Its confusing but when you have your pedals on your bench the light will come on.
Also you have to shorten the pivot pin that manual pedals swing on. And you use the pivot pin from the power brake car. Hard to explain but very simple when it's in front of you.
If you're nervous I'll do it

I was going over this with @rd92west, and it made no sense to me, until I saw some pictures of what he was describing. Very simple when it's all laid out in front of you.

One more tidbit of info
The rubber boot that goes in the firewall is not available anywhere, that I could find. So if you find a good one in a car treat it like it's made of gold.
Get a aerosol can of pure silicone and soak it down real good and put it in a plastic bag. A couple of times a day soak it down again. They soften up and will be very useable
I havnt tried it yet but plan to, glue a B body boot on to C body boot. Its were the rod comes thru that tears away.

You said you got a 65 manual transmission parts car.
Is the bracket that supports the z bar still welded on top of the frame?

I've bought/sold a few sets of pedals and other bits over the years.
My experience mirrors that of rd92west - sometimes they were dirt cheap, sometimes people wanted gold for them.
Quite uncommon to get a set of *everything* unless you pulled the parts yourself.
Most folks selling pedals on ebay seem to think the pedals are all you need.
$300-350 seems to be the asking price for jsut a set of pedals.

Just happens to be a set of pedals on ebay right now:
