Not mine.

Here's a nice 2dr HT in Texas. Not much of a description, but asking $9000

I'm sure the window tint helps but I don't like the way it looks on an otherwise beautiful car.

Car looks to be mostly original. Love that pale yellow color too, and its got A/C and power windows. The replacement of the vinyl top and head liners is a bit worrisome. . . Is it a 383 or a 440 car? Didn't see a VIN.

That's a touch over what I'd want to spend on that particular car .. not that I know it close up or that it's not a car that I'd kill to have ... (one of these days a yeller 66 300 will be stabled next to Beverly .. mark my words) Just that even from the photos and description theres the potential for some bad fixes .. worse than the old man fixes that Beverly has endured.

This shot in particular, there looks to be a lot of gooey stuff going on in that lower fender, def a crease that was painted over ... I know the photo quality isn't optimum but it looks like the Chrysler logo was sprayed over as well.

Further, as Rip said, there are likely to be larger problems under that new vinyl and you never know how anyone approached that issue.

Nice on first glance but I'd leave 3500 of that 9000 asking in the bank if going to look at her.

I agree. If there aren't any really serious issues, and the car is what it appears to be, I think you are looking at a price between five and six. Maybe stretch it to $6500, if you really gotta have it. . .

If there was a lot of rust at one time under the vinyl top, it may have resulted in a hole / holes in the roof which allowed moisture to seep inside and damage the headliner.

Agree, and understand your point, but maybe the guy just wanted some new vinyl on top to replace the old dried out stuff? And maybe the headliner needed replacement due to Mice chewing some holes? Not every vinyl top is hiding rust horrors. If a guy were serious about it, a good look see would be required.

GJS has pointed out a couple of issues with the lower body, again a good look see in person is required.

Thanks for your reply, Rip!

I truly hope the car is everything it appears to be. I'm just putting a few questions out there. I missed the flaws GJS noted.

That's why all of us as a group are so much better than any individual alone. We all see things a little differently and have different perspectives and experiences that can benefit everyone here. Thanks again for your help!
