66 Monaco wagon woodgrain trim clips

2 questions:
Do they remake these trim clips? I can't find anything in my searches.
I believe they are 6001-641.

Will they pop out just by pulling (using a trim remover). I was able to remove this one because I could access the backside by removing the taillight. They "squeeze" and will pop out. I believe enough pressure from the front should do the same?
