I have a 66 Sport Fury and I just picked up a beautiful set of vintage Torque Thrust 14 in wheels . They have nice 225/70/r14 on them. I would like to put a wider tire on the rear. What is the biggest tire that will fit and still be able to use my fender skirts. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks

It's not a matter of the widest tire that will fit in the wheel well but what is the largest tire you can safely put on that rim and that will be determined by what width that rim is. How wide is it. 6"?
For 14", 235 is the largest commonly available. But again, you need to know the rim width.
