68 fury oil pan removal

Howdy all. I have a 68 fury 1 2 door sedan. Does anybody know if I can remove the oil pan without jacking up the motor? It's a slant 6. Thanks

Best thing to do is download a factory service manual at Service Manuals – MyMopar

Once you do that, turn to page 9-21 and the procedure is right there.

The short answer is there is no need to jack the engine, although you may need to turn the crank so the pan clears as you pull it out.

Do what @Big_John referenced. My bet is that you can do this without removing the engine. You will likely have to jack it up off the motor mounts, but you can do it.

Big blocks you have to jack the motor up a couple inches to get the pan off, but it’s really not a bad job either.
