That's a tough one. I've never found one. You may want to consider getting yours rebuilt.

A bench seat type switch won't mount up, but they are available and will plug in so you can move the seat. Right now, both my driver and passenger seats have that type of switch. I need to come up with a good way of mounting them since I haven't found the proper switch.
