69 Chrysler 300 Dome Light

Can someone post a photo of what a 69 Chrysler 300 dome light should look like? Part # or where it is located in the Parts Manual?
This is what I have, but I've been told I'm missing a switch. I thought I was just missing part of a removable lense to access the bulb.
Not sure what to look for?

There are two versions, with the switch and without.
This is the one with the switch. (picture found on the web)
The one without the switch looks the same but where the switch is is just the tin cover without the switch.
There is a third version that is all lens and no tin plate (I think this version is a later one)

If you do not see a switch then you have the version without (I'm pretty sure, the switch is part of the housing and not the cover)
