I love that bahama blue on these big boats :rolleyes: restoring that one would be really worth it

Someone needs to at least put eyes on in person. Can’t say I’ve seen many in this color. Has power seats, power windows, dash is hacked. Can’t really tell if it has cruise control or not.

Well I suppose I’d swap out for 300 hideaways too if I had a Newport vert. The price is fair though I don’t know anything about the trunk, underside or quarters.

That steering wheel has seen better days.

If the seller only cleaned out all the junk and scrubbed that carpet it’d be very presentable.

The super-nice Mr. Metaldad has taken some pictures of the car. Well, it is in quite some disarray and I have got stumped wih the decoding... Is this a Newport or a 300? The VINs and fender tags have much more information than GM's but not model code?!? I would say it is a genuine 300 because of the engine but your are the experts...

A Newport would be CE27, not CM27. It's a 300. The "Bahama blue", though, is a repaint: the original is B3 (light blue metallic -- see the tag and VIN pictures for a look at the original paint).

So was it the crappy little mexi-shop I was thinking of, Bob?
lake st is lined with crappy little shops.
meckanic in garage in back no ever see blue chrysler.meckanic in garage in front say go ahead and go in yard.
car is stored outside, no cover. top ripped, interior, well, it does not look like the first pic at the top. looks like woozels made a home in it. car was parked passenger side against wall, and backed up to wall. did NOT get on the ground to look under, car is low, and there was dog **** and dead woozel scttered around. took pics of driver side rear rail, by kneeling, and hoping pics would turn out.took a shot of trunk, from the cabin. trunk doesnt look that bad. glance down in between outside panel behind driver door, and passenger seat. that cavity didn't look that bad. carb off, owner stated carbs very difficult to work on, he found a 'guy', who's had it for awhile. stated brakes frozen. also engine does spin, as he put a pipe wrench on the crank.
sticker on wind sheild states virginia. he's had it about 18 months, and he's firm on price.
