i thought you guys bought new mustangs? OPS sorry wasn't supposed to let that cat out of the bag was i?
WOW.....!!!! What a bargain.......:laughing1: 15K to buy it....25K to fix it..... Worth 35K all day long.... We must have gone to different schools.
If there is a decent running and driving v-code SFGT: Let me know. I will buy it. Even if it is green
He wants you to buy the VIN and slap it on this: http://www.forcbodiesonly.com/mopar-forum/showthread.php?5846-I-m-in-on-the-bidding-so-stay-away!!
I wouldn't do a rebody But it is hard to say if it is possible to save it. Pics from the rearframerails etc would be needed. But I will leave those requests to seriously interestet parties
sorry I forgot the important part in my post: If there is a nice, decent running and driving v-code SFGT for 35k$: Let me know I will buy it
as you have found out.. there isn't even any LOWLY T code 350 HP GT's in that price range!...and if there is a running V code out there somewhere sure hope someone finds it someday... a few being restored right now though... restored 100-125K MINIMUM is what you will pay to be an owner...
restored 100-125K MINIMUM is what you will pay to be an owner... http://collectorcarmarket.com/menus/ccmprcs/70plfugt.html I seriously doubt one of those cars in any condition will ever come close to that number. Yeah..... Their rare...... Rarity dosen't necessarly dictate value..... Desireability when new is a better indicator. In 1970 everyone wanted a 6bbl runner or six pack Bee.... or a Hemi. A giant C body with three carbs just lacked appeal to the "go fast" set. I think a strong #2 car will pull 35K in all reality. A #1, CORRECTLY restored trailer queen.... remains to be seen.
Dan I found some T-code SFGTs in various states and conditions. I am just picky now and want a blue one, no compromises unless it is cheap.
this PRICE FIGURE came from OWNERS of V code fury GT's for what they will sell their's for once restored... if you want one ...you're gonna have to pay to get one... or simply GO WITHOUT... or you can always build a clone....
