I found a nice driver quality hideaway grille including bumper here in Holland. Should look nice :)

No, not yet. The grille assembly did not include the motor or torque shafts.

Would a passenger's side headlight door work on the driver's side if you flip it over? The DS door still has the Sport Fury logo on it. The car is obviously not a Sport model, but I was thinking that it would be a nice-to-have if the grille did not have the SF logo.

You could try and link them that way but the factory did the motor in the centre and two shafts running off it.
Probably the easiest way to use the factory stuff.
This is my Monaco but your car would be very similar.

Did the set up come with the headlights also? On my 70 wagon the passenger side was rusted i put in a non Sport Fury dual headlight set up and the head light door hit the lights. So i found out they were different.
