72 Fury Gold Paint

I need to paint the plastic under-column panel so it comes out looking like this picture. Tried Krylon gold, but it looked like a new penny. Any suggestions on a matching gold spray paint?

I think @CanCritter could possibly get you a code for the color as he painted several pieces for the gold interior parts of his 71 Fury.

Also the service manual in the body section should have a page with all of the interior paint codes. At least the 68 one does.

Not the cheapest alternative, but these guys will sell you a quart of paint that will be an exact match.

The other, cheaper, thing to do is see if the local duplicolor paint rack has something close. Spray test the back of a business card first. It might take a couple tries.
