74 Imperial Fuel Tank

Been trying to find a fuel tank for my 74. Would a 75 fit, sort of? It seems I can find 75 fuel tanks, but 74's are not in stock. With a little massaging, will a 75 fit?

The only difference that I'm aware of between the 74 and the 75-78 tanks would be the vents. Should be interchangeable in my mind.

Stan, I think so, the Imperial Club lists part numbers for 74, but 75 section brings up the same parts page and fuel tank. But, Spectra and others show that they are different. I may buy the 75 and it rally should work like you say, Always can plug or reroute vent lines.
