Pointy = 74/75 Imp and 76-78 NY'er front bumpers.

Shocker = any Formal front/rear bumper car with shock absorbing bumpers.

No. They are shock mounted. Just like every 74-78 C-body.
The 74 Imp bumper do not have the grill inserts in them, unlike 75+ "pointy" bumpers.
Unless that was what you meant.
