It looks like a very nice car overall. I'd be concerned about the apparent amount of moisture that has been on the driver floor board, the bent hood - passenger side, and the missing body side trim that my be very difficult to source. If someone goes into it with these things in mind, I this this could be a very nice car and nice driver while restoring it.
