A simple Delete button would be nice.

Not to please me . Easier for everyone. The more user friendly a website is , more people will use it more often. Which makes the advertisers very happy.

Click on each personal conversation you want to leave (delete) or click on "delete all" to empty your inbox. It doesn't get much simpler than that.

in order that something is not deleted by accident, no matter where (even in Window 10 emails), there must be "a routine" to follow so that you are asked "Do you wish to delete the selected items permanently?" before you lick on the final "OK" button. Just a safety measure that might take a few more clicks to accomplish.

IF you might desire to save a post for your archives, select the items with your cursor and select "Copy". Open Word (or similar), create a new page, then put the title on the page. Hit "return" a few times, then click on "Paste" and the selected text will appear. Save to Documents and it's saved. FWIW

    Enjoy!

I didn't think it was that difficult now!
"Delete" gives me a 'false' feeling of power. The current system with the backup allows me to rethink a potentially spontaneous and stupid move. LOL.
