There are two public access junkyards in my town. Both are owned by steel companies. One is more organized/money making the other takes their time and has the respect to keep the oldies around for years. This '69 Polara 500 coupe showed up recently, at the high turnover place. I managed to snag a few bits. Oddly the washer reservoir was mint. Rear bumper is almost mint! Front has a few dings.

B9 car, one of my favorite colors, accentuated with a baby Blue side stripe and top. Someone had trouble with the master, never seen one with the spacer bracket between the firewall and the booster. All drum car, my '70 all drum is different and 383. This junkyard is adamant about opening all trunks, you probably don't want to know why.

The other one-

A nice pair to greet you. I absolutely love the "two fenders become one" braze repair on the B. To bad the windshield on the D was de laminating on the bottom other than that there was only one small batwing, rear sightglass and all sides good. I like the wheels on the Skylark, all four were present. The grille on the 62-63 chev was almost perfect, one small (repairable) indentation.

I agree! found class three hitch for my 94 Roadmaster wagon yesterday at Schmidts outside of Wanakee Wi, for $80.00 they removed. These hitches are very hard to come by , no new ones to be found. I'll be out in the shop cleaning it up and Poor 15 it today!!

not a lot left usable on the 69 . It looks like it was somebodies baby before she landed in the pen

There used to been one that only delt with anything older then 1980 here til they closed up shop :-( (old cars for fun)

That is a Chrysler replacement booster package used to add power brakes to a manual brake car. Tons of goodies still on that carcass including the one year Saginaw small block ps pump and pulley .

The Polara was for sale for $500 this time last year. It looked better then than it does now obviously but it was still a project. Grant I wish we had a decent Pick A Part down here. I spent many hours in the one in Edmonton during the 80's keeping my Dart on the road. We never see any pre 1990 Mopar stuff down here :(

Hope some one saves that rare front nose chrome piece. It sure changed the look of the front of these cars, You either like it or hate it, I like it. My mug shot was taken at Gibsons U pull parts just south of Appleton Wi. I spend lots of Saturdays there! Lots of 70,80,90, Mopars with a few 50 and 60s too! I counted a dozen 91-96 Roadmaster wagons last Saturday, but not one with a good class 111 hitch!

Thanks for posting that information, good to know. Excellent eye as well, I thought that power steering pump looked odd.

Yeah, the oldies don't show up too often but do occasionally. A couple of years ago there were always a few 80's fifth aves at either yard (my favorite 15x7 wheel). Now the only ones left, it seems are the well kept drivers. I'm not sure how things work down there, up here at the west end one particularly, persistence pays. Alot more people going through the yard and a three month turnover means you have to be quick.

All three pieces of the chrome surround are damaged, I saved the smaller stainless corner trim on the inside, they are good. Nice fleet! And congratulations on finding that hitch.
