Has anyone changed their 727 equipped C body from the column actuated back up light switch to the 3 pin style on the transmission? I know the "rooster comb" on the trans valve body has to be replaced, anything else?
Obviously the switch and then a bunch of wiring....but shouldn't be too hard.
What about a magnetic proximity switch to replace the switch under the dash, there are hundreds of different designs and combo's that could be used as triggers for the reverse lights, especially if you converted the reverse lights to power up through a relay.
