Good Day All
I am cleaning up the man cave. Sorting/condensing and pitching things that the statute of limitations has expired. I found some AGC/SFE type fuses that are marked 250 volt. The question is: Can these be safely used in a 12 volt system? The amperage is correct. An internet search did not yield much info. I see that there are both slow blow and fast blow fuses but I cannot determine what I have.
Any insight is appreciated.

Thank You Big_John.
That was an interesting read. (I had to read some of it twice to comprehend).
The following sums up my question: VOLTAGE RATING: The voltage rating, as marked on a fuse, indicates that the fuse can be relied upon to safely interrupt its rated short circuit current in a circuit where the voltage is equal to, or less than, its rated voltage.
Thanks again
