Last weekend the BBTR meeting took place on the river Moselle/Germany. On friday the place filled up very quickly with Fuselages from all over Germany and the Netherlands... 40 Fuselages and two older Mopar Longroofs took the chance and joined the show
Saturday we made a 60 mile cruise along the river. Through very small villages, the vineyards and countless often we cross the river with our boats ;) It was an awesome convoi
At the last day there was time for some "family pictures" Polara Imperial And Sport Furies that originally came from Carstens barn (not in the correct orden, as you can see)
It’s quite disappointing for us as we are virtually virus free here. Still go cruising but feel like a lost sheep looking for home. Hopefully we get through this soon and back to normal.
Fantastic!, cars being used as they should be, I will be there one year in the future! We go to the Nurburgring once a year....hmm, 68 Fury, drum brakes, and the Ring....sounds like a plan LOL.
It would be great to meet you in person sometimes! I live only half an houre away from the "Ring", but I'm to scared to drive it with my C's, really!!!
Wow, you lucky person living so close, 1800mile round trip for us LOL........I'll take you round in your C Body if you want................. I am trying to find someone in Germany who breaks these cars, I have heard on the grapevine someone has a pair of d/s drop glasses for my 68 Conv, think he wants EU400 but we have to come get them.....then the CV virus hit........LOL. One day
Hey, the road is the goal, isn't it? I think there would be more thrill in a conv. So only in your car LOL If you are in the area just write me and I will see if we can meet...
