Been about a year now since I joined and went from a tired 383 to a 505;) Over thus past winter I built a 505, rebuilt transmisson and upgrade ld the spline from 19 to 24 with a shift kit and installed a 3:91 Detroit locker rearend. Worked on the body with hopes of paint next year ;) Future plans include upgrading carb from a 770 to a 1150/1200 E85, upgraded fuel lines and pump and fuel cell. Damn, never ending... Forgot rear suspension and master brake upgrade as well. Just never ending lol.
