Brake Pad Difference Testing

I found this online today and it kept my attention for the duration so it must be worth watching.

It shows the differences in OE all the way to budget pads.

I saw that. Pretty interesting. I actually like some of Engineering Explained's videos. He did another one a year or so back comparing solid vs slotted vs cross drilled rotors that was interesting.

Sammie and I went to the F1 race in Montreal this summer... it was so cool to see the brakes go from black to red hot to black in what seemed like someone throwing a switch off-on-off!
The engineering these days is simply mind boggling.

I love seeing brakes glow red on a race car. IDK why but I think it looks awesome, especially on a GT class car

Yup you wouldn't want to touch any of your pinkys or other appendages to one of them right after a heavy braking application...
